What methods of payment do you accept?

We can process Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, PayPal payments, and Amazon.com Payments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we’ll ship anywhere and everywhere—our products have been been dispatched to six continents. Our shipping rates are very reasonable and we offer free shipping for orders over $50 (US), Canada ($100), and $200 (rest of the World). At this time framed artwork may only be ordered through the site for shipping to the United States. If you would like to order a framed work to be shipped outside the USA, please contact me directly for rates.

Shipping & handling costs

Shipping is free on orders over $50 (USA), $100 (Canada), and $200 (rest of the world). Before that threshold is met shipping is calculated in the shopping cart and ranges from $5 and up depending on the size, weight, destination, and fragility of your order.

Methods of shipping

All ordered are send either by USPS Airmail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. In the US, most deliveries will arrive within 3 days and overseas within 14 days.

Exchanges & Returns

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if items arrive defective or damaged and within 30 days of the original order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@hamishrobertson.com or via the contact page, clearly stating all pertinent details.

To complete your return, we first require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and complete with any original product packaging (this does not include exterior shipping envelopes or boxes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@hamishrobertson.com.

What’s your return policy?

First and foremost we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue or questions regarding a delivered order, again please just drop us a line here and and we’ll do what we can to make everything perfect. Refunds are only issued for cosmetic or structural issues with products and must be brought to our attention within 7 days after receipt of your order.

What’s your privacy policy?

We've no time for spam and junk email either so fear not, we won't sell your information or shop it to a third party. We never store any credit card or payment information and all transactions are secure and encrypted.

May I blog or re-post your photos?

Please do…but please add a credit and link back to this site, too.

Where can I see your products in person?

If you're in Los Angeles, drop us a line and make an appointment. Otherwise, click here for a list of retailer who often carry my work.

Do you wholesale your products?

Many of our items are available for a wholesale. For our most recent linesheet please contact me here and tell me about your gallery/store.
